The name Heinrich Karow has stood for quality since 1948. But the demands on quality have changed - and continue to change. This is why quality management is a central pillar of our work. We are continuously developing our products and optimising our internal processes.

We have been IFS Food certified since 2020.

Experience has taught us that the quality of our products is important to us. To ensure this, we work with long-standing partners, rely on controlled and constantly optimised production processes and production monitoring, and value experienced, careful employees.

We have been certified in accordance with the International Food Standard (IFS Food) since 2020.

And if you have any questions: whether it's about products, recipes or practical aspects - we are happy to help! This also includes legal tips on the products (food law, declarations, etc.) as well as tips and tricks (we've collected a few of these over 70 years)!
