Organic Invert sugar syrup, fluid

Karow's organic inverted sugar syrup is ideally suitable for making bakery and confectionery products as well as many other organic quality foods.
Our organic inverted sugar syrup enhances the browning effect of the crust and crumbs in bakery products and makes a positive contribution to the typical aroma of freshly baked items. The inverted sugar syrup also has more pronounced preservative qualities than saccharose solutions and it has a positive effect on storing and processing the goods, e.g. to keep cakes fresh.
