Organic lemon peel paste

A natural fruit paste made from 100% organically grown lemons. Thanks to the high proportion of peel (35%), Karow's organic lemon peel paste is ideally suitable for making bakery and confectionery products, as well as sponge and Madeira cakes, ice cream, fruit fillings and many other desserts.
Our organic lemon peel paste is also frequently used for Christmas and stollen baking.
