Safflower Extract
A food colouring as an alternative that does not have to be labelled for clear jelly, ice cream, cream, mousses, fruit fillings and many other high-quality confectionery items. Karow's safflower extract is obtained from the safflower (Carthamus tinctorius). It is particularly distinguished by its high colour brilliance and light stability.
