Karow's blue sky food colouring gives your bakery and confectionery products a strong, bright blue colour.
Features
  • A granulated, synthetic blue food colouring (not an azo colouring agent)
  • Highly concentrated - therefore use sparingly
  • To improve the distribution, sky blue can be added as a pre-solution
  • Water-soluble
  • Remains stable when baked or frozen
