Karow's caramelised sugar syrup is a black/brown caramelised sugar syrup that is made on the basis of saccharose by the controlled effect of heat and is adapted to a dry matter content of 75% with water.
Our caramelised sugar syrup gives your products a light to dark brown colour.
Features
  • A dark brown, viscous liquid with the typical taste of caramelised sugar
  • Remains stable when baked or frozen
  • No additional colourings or preservatives
  • Can be diluted with water for individual portions, if necessary
