Orange peel paste

Karow's orange peel paste is a natural citrus paste with about 25% orange peel and this gives our product a particularly strong aroma of fresh fruit and orange peelings. Our paste is ideally suitable for making all kinds of bakery and confectionery products. It can also be generally used in mousses, cream, mixtures and when making ice cream and is also suitable for preparing stollen and gingerbread.
Thanks to its special recipe and the careful manufacturing technology, our paste enables you to maintain the freshness of taste and moist consistency of your cakes for longer.
