A 100% purely natural fruit paste - not needing to be declared in line with the clean label directives. The paste obtains its excellent quality and characteristic taste through the high proportion of lemons and the careful, craftsmanship-like preparation.
Ideally suitable for making bakery and confectionery products such as fillings, mixtures, mousses, desserts and ice cream without having to be declared. Proven in Christmas baking and also at catering facilities for flavouring savoury, spicy or exotic soups, sauces and dips.
