Red fruit concentrate

A food colouring as an alternative that does not have to be labelled for clear jellies, ice cream, cream, mousses and other high-quality confectionery products. Karow's red fruit concentrate is a natural fruit extract from the juice of elderberries (Sambucus nigra L.)
Features
  • A purple-red, viscous liquid
  • A food colouring (fruit concentrate)
  • Not stable when baked (colour turns violet-blue)
  • The desired colour can be selected by changing the pH value
  • The product is very sensitive, therefore consume as quickly as possible after opening
