Sour Cherry flavor, natural*

A natural fruit aroma with a strong sour cherry flavour, which is achieved through using at least 50% sour cherry juice. Ideally suitable for making all kinds of bakery and confectionery products. Also recommended for complementing the flavour of desserts as well as cream cakes, mousses and ice cream.
