Spirulina blue, powder

A food colouring as an alternative for ice cream, cream, mousses, fruit fillings and many other bakery and confectionery products - which does not need to be declared. The concentrate is made from alga spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) and is applied to maltodextrin, trehalose and trisodium citrate. Very little needs to be used, it has a broad range of uses and a beautiful colour. It is only light-stable to a certain degree.
